What can Experience Vouchers be redeemed for?
Vouchers can be used towards products and services provided by Viking International Phototours, LLC.
Visit www.viking-international-phototours.com to view our range of international photography workshops, tours and self-drive packages.
On occasion we may partner with other companies to co-guide their photography workshops/tours, and advertise these on our website. As payment is collected by the partnering company, Viking International Phototours Experience Vouchers cannot be redeemed towards these workshops.
How will the Experience Voucher be issued?
Vouchers will be sent electronically within 1 business day to the Purchaser. This way you are able to print the Voucher and give it to your lucky Recipient face to face, or send it to them via email at a time that suits you and with your own personal message.
At check out, you will be asked to provide both your own and the Recipient's email address. Please ensure it is accurate for secure issuing and redemption of the voucher.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex), Zelle, and Paypal.
Please note that Vouchers are issued in USD denominations. The Purchaser is responsible for any additional transaction or currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution.
How long are Experience Vouchers valid for?
Our vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of purchase.
What is your Refund Policy?
If you have purchased an Experience Voucher and have a change of mind, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds are only permitted for Vouchers that have not been used i.e. where the Recipient has not yet requested their voucher to be redeemed, whether the product/service has already taken place or not.
The refund will be returned to the Purchaser and will exclude any transaction/currency conversion fees paid at the time of purchase. Viking International Phototours may also deduct an amount to cover fees incurred to refund your money.

What do I do if I have not received my Experience Voucher?
It is especially important that you provide an accurate email address for delivery of the Experience Voucher. If you haven’t received your voucher within 1 business day, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
